PATIENTS AND VISITORS

At Quttainah Medical Center we strive for excellence in patient care and customer service. We provide care to same day clinic patients, overnight surgical patients as well as international patients. We have a full time patient co-ordinator to assist you with any concerns or needs you will have. The patient co-ordinator is available at QMC to provide you with any personal service you may need during a short visit to the clinic or a longer stay if necessary.

SURGICAL PATIENTS AND INPATEINT SUITES
Admitting department is on level B1 and you will be greeted by our admissions clerk who will arrange your room and pre op orientation. Visitors can accompany you to your suite and are welcome to visit our patient and visitor coffee shop Café Medusa and Quttainah Medical Museum on level 1 while you have your procedure.

Discharge and Accounting will be arranged for you by our highly skilled staff when you are finished your procedure and your follow up appointments will be booked and arranged by our registered nursing staff.
INTERNATIONAL / OUT OF COUNTRY PATIENTS
At Quttainah Medical Centre our patient liason/co- ordinator can arrange for out of country patients to visit any doctor or book surgery or procedures at the centre. All pre op requirements can be arranged by our coordinator and prepayment can be arranged.

Our accounting deparment can assist you if you require any sort of interest free loan. Through Kuwait Finance House we offer interest free loans with payment plans . The forms and assistance are available at QMC. We accept cash, KNET, VISA, Master Card at all our clinics and within any shop at QMC.
